Return Requests
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Refund Conditions
Full Refund or Replacement is available in the following cases:
- Products with manufacturing defects
- Lost shipments
- Wrong items delivered
- Items that are out of stock
Partial Refunds may apply under these circumstances:
- Items purchased in error
- Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery
Exchange Only (No Refund) will be offered in the following situations:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Undeliverable packages due to address errors
- Unclaimed packages
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hoygiofficialcom@hotmail.com. If the return is due to a defect or a shipping error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid label. For other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
